we designed our kitchen to be functional for cooking as we cook most of our meals. initially, it was designed with a sink, but as we got on the road, we found the sink to be a waste of space and not very functional in the small space. we now wash our dishes off the side of the truck and don’t have to worry so much about a water catch. the space this freed up left us more room for dry food storage in the back of this drawer and underneath the stove.
